Return Policy:

A Customer may return any delivered product at the presence of our delivery personnel though we always discourage it.

The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any defect. Fashion products can be tried on to see if they fit and will still be considered unworn. The product must include the original tags, user manual, warranty cards, freebies and accessories.

A user may return any product during the time of delivery, or within 7 days if:

• Product does not meet user’s expectation.
• Found damaged during delivery
• Have doubt about the product quality and quantity
• Received in an unhealthy/ unexpected condition e) Is not satisfied with the packaging
• Finds product unusable

A user may return any unopened or defective up to 20% and less, item within 7 days of receiving the item. But following products may not be eligible for return or replacement:

• Damages due to misuse of product
• Incidental damage due to malfunctioning of product
• Any consumable item which has been used/installed
• Products with tampered or missing serial/UPC numbers
• Any damage/defect which are not covered under the manufacturer's warranty
• Any product that is returned without all original packaging and accessories, including the box, manufacturer's packaging if any, and all other items originally included with the product/s delivered.

Note:

 If you return the product without any problem or legal issue, all the savings money deposited in your wallet will be nil.
